This Refund Policy applies to all premium forex indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), and trading tools sold by indicatorspotvip through the official website and covers eligibility, exclusions, timelines, and procedures for requesting a refund.
Refund window
A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days from the purchase date, provided the request meets the eligibility conditions defined below and includes required evidence.
Eligibility conditions
Refund requests are eligible only when at least one of the following conditions is verified by Support:
- Indicators or EAs do not properly load in MT4 or MT5 despite correct installation and platform compliance.
- The delivered tool materially differs from the product description or is not an original indicator as advertised.
- Indicators or EAs fail to run on supported MT4/MT5 platforms under standard, documented conditions.
Non‑refundable cases
The following do not qualify for refunds:
- Trading losses, missed profits, or drawdowns resulting from trading decisions, strategy selection, or failure to follow product guides and risk management instructions.
- Performance variance due to market conditions, liquidity, spread, slippage, news events, broker policies, or VPS/latency factors.
- Incorrect installation or platform misuse after clear documentation and support have been provided.
- Change of mind, preference-based requests, or expectations of guaranteed profitability.
- Requests made after the 7‑day window.
Troubleshooting first
To ensure fair assessment, Support may request reasonable troubleshooting steps before a decision
- Verifying MT4/MT5 build version and account type.
- Confirming installation paths, data folder locations, and input parameters.
- Testing on a clean chart or default template and disabling conflicting third‑party scripts.
- Checking broker symbol suffixes, hedging/netting settings, and required market data availability.
Required evidence
Refund requests must include:
- Order ID, purchase email, and product name/version.
- Platform details (MT4/MT5), build number, broker, and account type (demo/live).
- Clear screenshots or short screen recordings showing the loading/running issue and any error logs from the Experts/Journal tabs.
- A brief description of steps already taken as per the installation guide.
Assessment and outcome
Upon receiving a complete request, Support assesses eligibility within a reasonable time frame and may approve, decline, or propose a fix or replacement where appropriate. If a fix or replacement resolves the issue, a refund will not be issued.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider; once issued, typical settlement can take 3–10 business days. Any fees retained by payment processors are not controlled byindicatorspotvip.
Platform and environment
Products are designed for supported desktop builds of MT4/MT5 only unless explicitly stated. Compatibility with mobile apps, web terminals, outdated platform builds, or broker‑restricted environments is not guaranteed.
Licensing and misuse
Licenses are for the registered customer and permitted accounts as stated on the product page. Redistribution, decompilation, unauthorized copying, or resale voids eligibility and may result in license termination without refund.
Risk disclosure
Indicators and EAs are programmed tools implementing specific strategies; outcomes depend on market conditions and execution quality. These products are educational and analytical aids, not investment advice, and no results are guaranteed. Responsible risk management and adherence to provided guides are essential. Practice on a demo account before transitioning to a live account.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback while a support or refund review is active may lead to license suspension and account restriction. indicatorspotvipwill provide full documentation to payment providers regarding delivery and support history.
Changes to this policy
indicatorspotvip may update this Refund Policy to reflect product or legal changes. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless required otherwise by applicable law.
